Almost two weeks after her traditional wedding in Owerri, Imo State, Sandra Ikeji, the younger sister of blogger, Linda Ikeji, today, tied the knot with her beau, Arinze in a Catholic church. The reception which held at Landmark event center, Victoria Island, saw her making history with 200 bridesmaid on her bridal train.
Sandra had in late 2019 announced that she planned to break a Guinness world record of the “most bridesmaids to one bride’’ adding that she has submitted an application to break the record. Sandra’s bridesmaids comprised of her friends, family members and models signed on to her agency, Black Dove Models.
The current record holder is an American, Tina Ackles, who had 168 bridesmaids at her wedding which took place at the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa in Florida, U.S. on April 18, 2015.
