Lazarus Muoka, the general overseer of Lord Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries has joined the league of Nigerian clergymen who own private jets.

The very seemingly conservative widowed pastor recently acquired a Bombardier Challenger 604 which set him back between $4 million and $5 million which is what it costs to own one. In addition, he acquired two helicopters from Genesis Global Aviation, one of the leading providers of aviation services across Nigeria and the West African region.

The new helicopters and the private jet were acquired for evangelism purposes.

On completion of his primary and secondary school education, Muoka moved to Lagos in 1975 where he worked for some time under a company before starting up his own business which he did until he gave his life to Christ.

Muoka had many dreams from God in 1994 prompting him to pull out from the church he was serving as a pastor and set up his own church, on December 24, 2002, to be precise. The church which started with a few pioneer members has gone on to become one of the most popular churches in Nigeria and their symbol of identification is a green reflective jacket with the church’s inscription.

Muoka has been married twice and is a two-time widower.
