Yesterday, President Muhammadu Buhari visited Lagos State on the invitation of the state governor, Akinwunmi Ambode to commission quite a number of projects.

Accompanied by Abiola Ajimobi and Rotimi Akeredolu, his Oyo and Ondo counterparts, including Kayode Fayemi, governor of Ekiti, Ibikunle Amosun, governor of Ogun, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor-elect of Lagos, and Obafemi Hamzat, Ambode guided Buhari to inaugurate the 10-lane Oshodi–Murtala Muhammed International Airport Road.

Other projects were the upgraded 80-bed to 170-Bed ‘Ayinke House’ (Maternity Hospital)) at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) Ikeja; Oshodi Transport Interchange on the Apapa-Oshodi Expressway, 820 mass transit buses, the Lagos State Theatre at Oregun in Ikeja.
