The Lagos State Police Command has recovered substances suspected to be hard drugs from late DJ Olu’s car. Olugbenga Abiodun, aka DJ Olu, was the first son of oil magnate and boss of Heyden petroleum, Dapo Abiodun. Chime Amaechi and DJ Olu who were both found dead together in DJ Olu’s BMW car in Banana Island, were crew members and friends to artiste, Davido. They were both aged 25. The duo was discovered vomiting blood from their noses and mouths, an indication that suggested that they died of drug overdose.

Their corpses have since been deposited in the Lagos State Teaching Hospital morgue for post-mortem to find the actual cause of death and to also subject the substances to laboratory tests for identification and analyses.
