As part of the ministry of health’s strategy to raise awareness about the dangers of tobacco smoking as well as that of being a passive smoker, the health minister, Isaac Adewole, has appointed singers, Timi Dakolo and Mr Eazi as goodwill ambassadors.

Both singers are expected to use their goodwill and following to help champion the #TobaccoFreeNigeria and #ClearTheAir campaign on behalf of the Ministry of health.

Joining the singers as a goodwill ambassador as well is Saadatu Falila Hamu, an Abuja based lawyer.
