Fashion designer and founder of Iconola Fashion House, Olamide Ajayi who relocated to Abuja with her family a few years ago is set to return to the entertainment and fashion capital, Lagos, in readiness for the launch of her ultra modern plaza. Olamide Ajayi’s claim to fame is hinged on several reasons besides being the creative director of her fashion brand. In addition to being the daughter of  former minister, Chief Olu Agunloye, who is also a political big wig in Ondo State who tried unsuccessfully, several times to occupy the government house, her partnership with actress, Genevieve Nnaji helped launch the actress’ clothing line, St. Genevieve Fashion Label. Unfortunately, not much is being heard about the clothing line. Also, the mother of three used to be married to Dare Ajayi, the younger brother to event planner and former Miss Lux, Ibidun Ighodalo, before the marriage packed up, due to alleged infidelity and lack of submissiveness on the part of Olamide, forcing Dare to return to Lagos from Abuja. Well Olamide is back to base and is all set to declare open her new commercial plaza situated in the ever busy Lekki Phase 1 as soon as work on the building is completed, hopefully before the end of the year.
