During interrogation and preliminary investigation, they all confessed to all the kidnappings linked to them and made confessional statements on the various roles they played in the commission of the crimes. Felix Chinemerem: The 36yrs old is a native of Arochukwu Ohafia LGA of Abia State and is the second in command of Evans. He was a trader in nylon in Okota before he met Evans. He started out supplying drugs to Evan’s customers.

Nwosu Chikodi Chukwuma: Otherwise known as Sudo, the 42yrs is the 3rd in Command to Evans. He has over 20yrs experience in armed robbery and about 8yr experience in kidnapping.

Uchechukwu Amadi: A native of Anambra state, he is the head of the detention camp in Igando and came in contact with Evans five years ago.

Ogechi Amadi: She is the one responsible for cooking for the kidnappers and their victims at the detention camp. She is the wife of the head of the detention camp

Suoyo Paul: Otherwise known as Nwana, the 42yrs is a native of Bayelsa state and the supplier of rifles and ammunitions to Evans. He first met Evans in 2008 at a militants’ hideout in Bayelsa. According to him, he has never been involved in kidnapping.

Ikenna Emeka: The 28yrs old is a native of Anambra state.

Bosah: He met Evans in Ghana as a cloth seller. He claims he only participated in the abduction of a pharmacist who escaped from their den in Igando, adding that he had not been given any share before he was arrested.
