After years of petitioning to the higher powers of the beauty industry, fans of the late R&B singer, Aaliyah Haughton are finally being heard as cosmetics giant, MAC has decided to immortalize singer with the unveiling of a M.A.C. x Aaliyah collection which consists of eye shadow palette with nine shades in various finishes, nude lipstick, bronzing powder, a near-black shade of lip gloss and a bright poppy red lipstick.
“Aaliyah is truly one in a million, an unstoppable icon whose groundbreaking work in R&B music and film inspires us all. Today we join her countless fans in celebrating her with the announcement of the M.A.C. Aaliyah collection. You made it happen,” the brand said in a statement.
