Popular economist and stockbroker, Albert Okumagba is dead. He gave up the ghost earlier today at a hospital in Abuja at the age of 56 after suffering a heart attack. His body has since been deposited at the Maitama General Hospital. He is survived by his wife and children.

Before his death, Okumagba ran BGL PLC and its subsidiaries which are BGL Capital, BGL Private Equity, BGL Security and BGL Asset Management.
