After a successful outing at its London premiere last month, ‘Isoken’ was finally premiered in Lagos over the weekend with a lot of fanfare. With lead Amstel Malta as lead sponsors, the arena of Landmark events centre, Oniru, venue of the premiere was beautifully transformed bearing the theme of the premiere in mind, African Royalty.

Featuring Dakore Egbuson-Akande as the lead character and joined by an array of acts exceptional in the act of interpreting scripts such as Funke Akindele-Bello, Damilola Adegbite-Attoh, Bolanle Olukanni, Tina Mba etc, the movie dwells on the societal pressure unmarried women are subjected to despite having a thriving career.
