The private residence of the Minister of State, Federal Capital Territory, Dr Mariya Mahmoud, has been gutted by fire with nothing left to salvage from the property.
The property is located at No. 9, Justice Roseline Ukeji Close, Asokoro.
The media aide to the minister, Austine Elemue, who confirmed the incident said the cause of the fire outbreak was being investigated.
Response from fire fighters to the location was slow as the house was completely razed before their arrival.
