Bianca Ojukwu loses bid for Senate to Nicholas Ukachukwu

Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu from Nnewi South local government has been declared winner of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA, senatorial candidate for Anambra South zone, thus  defeating Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu, wife of the late Ikemba Nnewi and Dr. Anselem Enyimba. Evangelist Nicholas Ukachukwu polled 211 votes, with his closest rival, Ambassador Bianca Ojuwku polling 177 votes, leaving Dr. Ansalem Enyimba with only two votes.

Speaking after he was declared winner by the returning officer, Evangelist Nicholas Ukachukwu thanked the delegates for believing in him and promised to replicate Governor Willie Obiano’s achievements at the red chamber of the national assembly.
