Wife of late reggae musician, Ras Kimono, Efemena Okedi is dead. She died On Sunday, September 23rd of an undisclosed ailment at her Magodo Isheri home. Her death comes three months after her husband passed on in June at the age of 60 and exactly three weeks after her husband was buried. 42 year old Efemena Okedi may have possibly died of heart attack as she had attended her brother’s birthday party which took place at Elegushi beach day before her death with no signs of ill health. She reportedly complained of a chest pain on Sunday and was rushed to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, where she died. Efemena Okedi, who was the third wife of the late music legend, was also his manager and a member of his band during his lifetime. Her husband, Ras Kimono likewise slumped at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport on Saturday, June 9, 2018, and died the following day at a Lagos hospital.
