A PDP House of Representatives member from Rivers State, Boma Goodhead, led some of the Senators to challenge the DSS operatives. She had challenged the DSS operatives to dare shoot at them, saying the previous administration of GoodLuck Jonathan did not launch attacks on the nation’s democracy through the use of force on the national assembly.
Boma Goodhead in her confrontation said.
“Shoot this gun, how many people can you shoot down here? Let those bullets start coming out. We are not going anywhere,” she said.
“Use these bullets and Nigerians shall face you. I dare you to shoot these bullets. Go back to your station, go back to your station. You cannot come here and embarrass us. Is this the same thing Jonathan did to Buhari? If Jonathan had done this, will Buhari become president? You cannot do this to us. Start shooting at us. Have you heard?
“You come here with masked face, bullets in your guns, to intimidate. Enough is enough in Nigeria.”
