Months after the idea was conceived, Nollywood actor, Osita ‘Paw Paw’ Iheme has finally floated his music record label, Young Boss Records, a record label he put together to help harness and empower many of the musically talented youths that abound in Nigeria. To show that he is ready for business and poised to take over the industry, the A-list thespian, recently signed a mouth watering recording deal with two young and talented artistes; Enyeazu Victor Chukwudi, a practicing lawyer whose stage name is  Barrister Max and Madu Kelechi who goes with the stage name, Charisma. Both are currently dictating the pace on his fresh label with their new singles, ‘Congratulations’ and ‘Lick Up’ currently ruling the airwaves. In addition to the music business, Osita also owns a hospitality business in Enugu where he comes from as well as a transportation business.
