Ahead of assuming his role as the new editor-in-chief of British Vogue in August, Ghanaian born British Edward Enninful has started off on a slightly different note from his predecessors, by appointing two of his favorite muses, super models and style influencers; Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss as contributing editors of the magazine. Joining them both is award winning movie director, Steve McQueen, as well as Grace Coddington, both of who will also serve as contributors.

It is not surprising that Edward Enninful chose Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell as contributors, both women have strong ties to the magazine. Moss at a time, once served as a contributing fashion editor while Naomi Campbell is a close friend of Edward. Both women have graced the covers of British vogues with Kate scoring a record 38 covers of the glossy magazines since starting out her career as a super model.

Also, while Steve McQueen is a close friend of Edward, Grace Coddington is considered Edward’s mentor. Grace will be returning to familiar territories as she started her career at the title while Steve is expected to bring an increased depth to the arts within the magazine. Enninful has hinted that more appointments will be made in the coming weeks
