Famous Nollywood actor, Pope Odonwodo, aka Junior Pope, is dead.
The film star was said to have fallen into Anam River in Anambra state on his way to a movie location while in the company of three other actors.
Pope earlier shared a video of himself on a boat on his way to the movie location.
“See me lamenting….The risk we take to entertain you; crossing river 9ja yesterday with no life jacket…. Na wahooooo Who does that ??” the actor captioned the Instagram post.
The actor is known to show off his wife and children and he puts in effort to interpret his movie roles. Aside from being a movie star, Junior Pope is also involved in skit-making and he gets the attention of his fans with his videos.
He was aged 39.
