Christian, the son of Sean Combs aka Diddy, is facing a lawsuit over allegations that he sexually assaulted a woman in 2022.

The US rapper is also named as a defendant in the suit filed by the woman who worked on a yacht Diddy had chartered for a trip.

Grace O’Marcaigh filed the suit in Los Angeles County superior court on Thursday, alleging that the 26-year-old, sexually assaulted her in late December 2022 while she was working on a boat charter.

Grace claimed the yacht had been sold as a wholesome family excursion but turned into a hedonistic environment.

She accused the rapper’s son of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and infliction of emotional distress, alleging that he drugged her.

In her suit, Grace included transcriptions of audio clips that she claimed are “evidence of me denying his advances as he gropes me”.

The suit states that the clips were recorded by Rodney Jones in a makeshift studio inside the yacht.

Grace, who was 25 at the time of the alleged assault, worked as a steward providing dinner and drink service on the yacht. She claimed to have witnessed partying and drug use between a constant rotation of suspected sex workers and celebrities.

She argued that she suspected bottles of alcohol were laced with drugs because women began to fall over themselves, panic or pass out after just one drink.

Diddy, on the other hand, is being sued by Grace for premises liability as the person who chartered the yacht and for aiding and abetting his son” in the alleged assault.

Tyrone Blackburn, Grace’s attorney, described the situation as “Like father, like son”.

“It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs who has clearly adopted his father’s pattern and practice of depravity,” Blackburn said.

Since November 2023, three women, including Cassandra Ventura aka Cassie, the rapper’s ex-girlfriend, have taken him to court, claiming they were sexually assaulted.

Lil Rod, who is Diddy’s former producer, also alleged that the rapper sexually harassed, drugged, and threatened him for over a year.

Following the allegations, the rapper stepped aside from his role as chairman at Revolt, his TV network.

Last month, Diddy sold his remaining shares of Revolt to an anonymous buyer.

The development comes at about the same time when federal agents raided two properties linked to the rapper.
