Ailing Nollywood actor and filmmaker, Obi Madubuogwu is dead. The actor, who has been battling diabetes for years, was said to have been rushed to the hospital on Monday, August 28, after he developed a fever on Sunday. Emeka Madubuogwu had been battling diabetes related illness and died from complications arising from the protracted diabetes. In 2016, he went into a coma, recovered but got his leg badly damaged as a result of the diabetes. Despite the fact that businessman, Ifeanyi Ubah had in his own magnanimity donated the sum of N3million naira to him to assist in settling his hospital bills as well as the Abia State governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu.
