Former President Olusegun Obasanjo on Saturday, bagged a PhD in Christian Theology during the NOUN, National Open University of Nigeria’s seventh convocation. He is the second Nigerian president after former president Goodluck Jonathan to have a PhD. However while Jonathan got his PhD before assuming office, Obasanjo got his several years after leaving office.
