Dr. Elizabeth Jack-Rich, a Nigerian entrepreneur, business leader, and aviation innovator, is the founder and CEO of Elin Group Limited, a conglomerate with tentacles spread across logistics, energy, real estate, philanthropy and aviation.
But more importantly, she is the only female in Nigeria currently who operates an aviation company. Her aviation company is called Elin Air.
She founded Elin Air to address the growing demand for private aviation services in West Africa. Elin Air provides bespoke private jet charter, aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul and executive travel solutions.
The company operates a skilled maintenance platform in collaboration with global manufacturers like Embraer, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls-Royce, and Eurofly Service S.p.A., delivering technical services with a combined institutional experience exceeding 100 years.
Last year, the company executed a 7,800-landings maintenance check on a Bombardier Challenger CL604 within Nigeria, marking the first time such a complex technical procedure was completed in Africa without external support.
A cerebral being, Elizabeth who is married to businessman and former APC presidential aspirant, Tein Jack-Rich, is also the founder of the Elizabeth Jack-Rich Aid Foundation through which she supports education, health, and empowerment initiatives in Nigeria.
