Halima Amira Junaid, the granddaughter of late former president Muhammadu Buhari, is set to wed her lover, Walid Shehu Muazu, in Kaduna State.

The wedding fatiha will take place on Saturday, August 30, 2025.

Halima is the daughter of Nana Hadiza, who got married to former Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami (SAN) a few years ago.

Hadiza is Buhari’s daughter from a previous marriage and now the third wife to the AGF. She was previously married to Junaid and had six children with him before the union collapsed.
