The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Edgal Imohimi, has been removed. The police boss has been replaced by Mr. Kayode Egbetokun, who is in acting capacity. Edgal Imohimi is expected to resume as the Commissioner of Police in charge of Explosive Ordinance Unit at the Force Headquarters, Abuja. Imohimi assumed office as Lagos CP on August 31, 2017. Before then, he was the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Operations in Lagos State.
