Every year, Glamour magazine honours inspiring and talented women from all industries, backgrounds and ages via the Glamour Women of the Year Awards and this year was no different as the awards ceremony which took place on Monday, November 14, in New York, was no exception. The awards ceremony was also an opportunity to officially bid the editor-in-chief, Cindi Leive who would be leaving at the end of the year after a 16 year tenure.
