The annual Corporate Elite concert which took place last weekend at the Eko Hotel and Suites was in its usual characteristic manner, an event that will linger in our memory for a long time. This year’s event was taken notches up with two events; the Naija Music Showdown concert where fast rising singer, Tekno, was unveiled as a Pepsi ambassador and another the following day, which was a strictly Black Tie event. Little wonder it was aptly tagged The Corporate Elite Weekend Takeover. Besides mega performances from the likes of Banky W, Tiwa Savage, Flavour etc to entertain guests, it was a three-in-one event. While high life crooner, J Martins used the opportunity the event provided to celebrate his 10 years of being in the music industry, one of the top entertainment entrepreneurs in the industry, Paul Okoye, was celebrated for clocking 50. Also it was the 10 years anniversary of the event itself.
