The Nigerian Books of Record, according to its officials, covers five categories, documenting achievements across various sectors of the economy. The book provides a basis for appreciating Nigeria’s forgotten yet enviable past and its golden present. It establishes a vital connection between the disillusioned public and the unsung heroes who have made significant sacrifices and achieved greatness while navigating life’s challenging terrain. It is an ornamental piece of art that captivates and intrigues readers.

Widely recognized as “Mummy Triplets,” Erelu Adeleke is known for her advocacy and financial assistance to families with twins and triplets in Osun State, ensuring their well-being and access to essential resources. This led her to establish the Esther Adeleke Humanitarian Foundation, a non-governmental organization that provides healthcare, food aid, and educational support to underprivileged communities.

From Imo State, the 51 year old attended Community Primary School Amalie 1 in Mbieri, Imo State, laying the foundation for her academic pursuits. She studied at Community Secondary School in Otukpa, Benue State, for her secondary education before advancing to the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Her commitment to further education led her to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Advertising and Public Relations at Imo State University.

Erelu Adeleke had a successful banking career, beginning at the Dugbe branch of Societe Generale Bank in Ibadan before retiring as a bank manager.

Over the years, she held key positions in seven different banks, including FIN BANK, UBA, and UNION BANK, ultimately rising to the manager role. She retired from the banking sector 2018 to support her husband in his political career.

Additionally, she serves as the Matron of the Osun State Parents Teacher Association (PTA) and holds the prestigious title of United Nations Peace Ambassador. Her contributions and impact have been widely recognized through various accolades and honours.

She has received the Recognition Award from International Breweries PLC, an Award of Excellence from Oba Adeyeye Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi CFR, the Ooni of Ife at the Oodua Special Recognition Awards (OSRA), and the Excellent Award at the Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference of the Residents Doctors of Uniosun Teaching Hospital.

Since her husband’s inauguration as governor, Erelu Adeleke has remained a pillar of leadership and philanthropy, inspiring positive change and uplifting communities across the state and beyond.

She is the mother of Folashade Adeleke, Shina Adeleke aka Shina Rambo, Bayo Adeleke aka B-Red, and Adenike Adeleke.
