Ayodele Fayose , the Ekiti State governor has dissolved his cabinet. The governor directed the immediate dissolution of the State Executive Council.
According to his SA on Public Communications and New Media, Lere Olayinka, all the former Commissioners have been directed to hand over to the Permanent Secretaries of their respective ministries.
The governor thanked the former commissioners for their service to the State and wished them well in their future endeavours. No reason was however given for the dissolution of the cabinet.
