Last week, actress, Juliana Olayode most popularly known as Toyo Baby who found fame on the set of Funke Akindele-Bello’s ‘Jenifa’s Diary’ released her highly anticipated 150 page book, ‘REBIRTH – From grass to grace’.  The 23 chapter book which details everything about her life to date; the good, bad and ugly parts of her life including how she got disvirgined at age 17 by her married music teacher.

Before the book release, Juliana Olayode said she fought the idea of writing about her life and spilling the beans when it was first suggested as she didn’t want to add more fuel to fire as a celebrity who isn’t spared of vicious attacks on social media but eventually had to give in because she wants people to know that she has also had to go through struggles, failed and even faltered before getting to her place of rest. This is with the hope that the book will also be a major turning point in many people’s life.

Juliana Olayode shared very personal details like hawking, suffering sexual abuses, dropping out of school, failing at auditions and more. She concludes by saying that it is a worthwhile read.
