Nelson Chidi Ashinze is the creative nine year old behind the brand NelsonGeorge Clothing which produces bridal accessories like bow ties, pocket squares, shirt ties as well as hair accessories for ladies/girls by hand entirely by hand.  For his skill, he recently received a commendation letter from the Honourable Minister of State for Industry, Trade and Investment, Hajiya Aisha Abubakar at an event where he made a presentation order of 33 classic handmade bowties and seven female brooches.

The Honourable Minister of State, for Industry, Trade and Investment, Hajiya Aisha Abubakar was excited and impressed with the creativity in choice of fabric and the quality of finishing. She remarked that Nelson remains one of her awesome discoveries in her time so far in office and therefore commended him. She plans to create a support system for the young entrepreneur as well . The little boy who hails from a family of creative minds is a nephew to one of Nigeria’s designers, Maureen Okogwu of Sunny Rose. Based in Abuja, Nelson’s clothing is focused on people looking good as well as to inspire young creative minds.
