Lanre Gentry, the estranged husband of Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe, has re-married.

He tied the knot with his new bride, Oluwabusayo, yesterday in a ceremony that held at Abule Egba area of Lagos and was attended by family, friends and fans of the businessman.

Taking to his Instagram account, the businessman praised his new bride and thanked her for being his prayer warrior and always standing by him.“

In every journey of a man’s life, having a good wife by the side is a great blessing from God… Thank you for standing with me. Again, for understanding, supporting, persevering, tolerating, loving and above all being my prayer warrior and partner.

“My small but mighty in power wife. My cool, calm and collected wife. My great planner and organiser. My ever jovial and a light to my path wife. You make loving, marriage and life worthwhile for me to live in. Our journey has started Mrs Oluwabusayo Olanrewaju Gentry iyawo.”

Meanwhile, only a few months ago, Aigbe revealed that she is still forcefully ‘tied’ to her estranged  husband as he has refused to sign their divorce papers.

She said, “Please, everyone should appeal to him to sign the divorce papers. He has even refused to accept them. We are still married and not yet divorced. The divorce is not yet finalised.”

However, the new groom has refused to state if the divorce has been finalised. When asked if he has finalised the divorce process, Gentry simply said, “I don’t have anything to say about that. When a woman leaves one’s house for about seven years, that is an automatic divorce from the person (as far as I’m concerned). I am a businessman, so I don’t like drama.”
