Kanye West has shared a video which appears to show him peeing on his Grammy Award, after placing it in the toilet bowl. The rapper, who has taken to Twitter in the last few days to hit out at the record industry, shared the video, and added: “Trust me, I won’t stop.”

His tweet came after he had put record label, Universal on blast, alleging that he had signed over 10 contracts with the label and that they had tried to “bury him alive.”

He also put a call out to nemesis Taylor Swift, asking for her support.
“Bono can I get a retweet Love you Paul can I get a retweet love you Drake Kendrick even Taylor We need you right noooooow,” he shared.

Taylor famously was not allowed to buy back her masters from Big Machine Records before they sold the company to Scooter Braun.

He went on about African-Americans, by and large, not getting their fair share of the pie — instead, he says they’re mostly used by companies run by whites. He again points to the NBA and the music biz as examples.

“We sat back and watched Nick Cannon get canceled and we go to play ball in a bubble with black lives matter on our backs … brothers let’s stand together for real … there is no NBA or music industry without black people … fair contracts matter … ownership matters.”

Insisting he’s made “multi billions,” Kanye says he’s one of the few who can openly speak on this issue without repercussion — the implication being he is rich enough to where he doesn’t have to worry about a record label trying to muzzle him.

In a second tweet he added: “When you sign a music deal you sign away your rights. Without the masters you can’t do anything with your own music. Someone else controls where it’s played and when it’s played. Artists have nothing except the fame, touring and merch.”

“The artist deserve to own our masters … artist are starving without tours … Ima go get our masters … for all artist … pray for me.”

He also hinted that music studios need to be wary of wife Kim Kardashian as he suggested Kim was his lawyer. Kim has been studying as part of a four year internship at a law firm to prepare for her bar exams in 2022.

Of course, this is the same argument his nemesis, Taylor Swift made not too long ago.
